Registration fees include access to all Conference sessions, the exhibit hall, conference materials, opening-night poster reception, and pau hana closing celebration.

Please note: RegOnline will be down for maintenance on April 29th between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM HST. During this time people may have difficulty with the site and/or may not be able to complete their registration for HCC.

Presenters: Conference presenters must register prior to June 9th, 2017 in order to be included in program material.

Special Registration Rates

Student Scholarship:

Scholarships are available to support students to attend the conference at a highly discounted rate of $50 for full 3 day registration.  Neighbor island scholarship awardees will also receive a $200 travel stipend.  Scholarship recipients will demonstrate passion and interest for conservation and stewardship in their application.  Priority is given to students who graduated from or are in attendance at a high school in Hawai‘i.  Students enrolled in college or university in Hawaiʻi are also invited to apply.

Pacific Islanders:

Up to 25 individuals employed in non-profit conservation related organizations with citizenship from and based in the Pacific Islands small island developing countries within Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia will be eligible for complimentary registration to the 24th Annual Hawaii Conservation Conference. Participants must provide their own travel expenses and a 2-page summary on lessons learned through experiences at HCC. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure a visa for entry, if applicable.  Email to register on a “first come first serve” basis.

Staff of Small Nonprofit Organizations & K-12 Teachers:

Staff of registered non-profit organizations with annual revenue of less than $300,000 and K-12 teachers may qualify for a special rate of $200. To pre-qualify for registration access code, send proof of non-profit or teacher status to

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Written cancellations will be accepted until June 30, 2017, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged.

No refunds will be granted after the deadline.
