Special Registration Rates
Student Scholarship Program:
Scholarships are available to support students to attend the conference at a highly discounted rate of $50 for full 3 day registration. There are a limited number of $200 travel stipends available for neighbor island scholarship recipients. Scholarship recipients will demonstrate passion and interest for conservation and stewardship in their application. Preference will be given to students who have graduated from or are currently attending a Hawaiʻi high school; students enrolled in a Hawaiʻi college or university. Up to 25 individuals employed in non-profit conservation related organizations with citizenship from and based in the Pacific Islands small island developing countries within Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia will be eligible for complimentary registration to the 25th Annual Hawaii Conservation Conference. Participants must provide their own travel expenses and a 2-page summary on lessons learned through experiences at HCC. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure a visa for entry, if applicable. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register on a “first come first serve” basis.
Staff of Small Nonprofit Organizations & K-12 Teachers:
Staff of registered non-profit organizations with annual revenue of less than $300,000 and K-12 teachers may qualify for a special rate of $200. To pre-qualify for registration access code, send proof of non-profit or teacher status to email@example.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written cancellations will be accepted until June 29, 2018, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged. No refunds will be granted after the deadline.
