Registration

3-day Registration type includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall and poster hub, conference materials, and the Silver Anniversary Reception (7/25).

Deluxe 3-day Registration type includes all benefits of a regular 3-day registration plus (3) lunch concession coupons, $16 value each, valid July 24 -26. Good for a hot entrée, salad, sandwiches, snacks, and beverages.

If you missed registering as a Deluxe registrant, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your registration on site. $48 for (3) lunch concession coupons, $16 value each.

1-day Registration type includes access to a single day of conference sessions, the exhibit hall and poster hub, and conference materials for the particular day you register for.

** Group Rate, (save $20 per person) available for the Regular 3-day rate only for groups of 10 or more from the same organization. Must be registered as a group on the same payment order.

Presenters: Conference presenters must register prior to June 5th, 2018 in order to be included in program material.

Special Registration Rates

Student Scholarship Program:

Scholarships are available to support students to attend the conference at a highly discounted rate of $50 for full 3 day registration.  There are a limited number of $200 travel stipends available for neighbor island scholarship recipients.  Scholarship recipients will demonstrate passion and interest for conservation and stewardship in their application.  Preference will be given to students who have graduated from or are currently attending a Hawaiʻi high school; students enrolled in a Hawaiʻi college or university. Pacific Islanders:

Up to 25 individuals employed in non-profit conservation related organizations with citizenship from and based in the Pacific Islands small island developing countries within Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia will be eligible for complimentary registration to the 25th Annual Hawaii Conservation Conference. Participants must provide their own travel expenses and a 2-page summary on lessons learned through experiences at HCC. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure a visa for entry, if applicable.  Email director@hawaiiconservation.org to register on a “first come first serve” basis.

Staff of Small Nonprofit Organizations & K-12 Teachers:

Staff of registered non-profit organizations with annual revenue of less than $300,000 and K-12 teachers may qualify for a special rate of $200. To pre-qualify for registration access code, send proof of non-profit or teacher status to registrar@pacificrimconcepts.com.

When filling out your check, please be sure to include the name of the attendee and their registration number. If you will be paying for multiple attendees with one check, please be sure to include all attendee names and their registration numbers (if they do not all fit on the check, please write the information on a slip of paper to be submitted with the check)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellations will be accepted until June 29, 2018, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged. No refunds will be granted after the deadline.
