SPECIAL REGISTRATION INCENTIVES:

Special Student Rate 
Student incentives are available to support students who graduated from or are in attendance at a high school in Hawai‘i. Students who demonstrate passion and interest in joining the conservation field will be eligible for a $50 conference registration rate and travel stipend for neighbor island attendees. Participants must apply for this special rate. Email capacity@hawaiiconservation.org for more information about this opportunity.

Pacific Islanders:
Up to 25 individuals employed in non-profit conservation related organizations with citizenship from and based in the Pacific Islands small island developing countries within Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia will be eligible for complimentary registration to the 21st Annual Hawaii Conservation Conference. Participants must provide their own travel expenses, in-country press release noting their participation before HCC, or <2 page summary on HCC lessons learned. Email director@hawaiiconservation.org to register on a "first come first serve" basis.

Staff of Small Nonprofit Organizations &  K-12 Teachers (Regular, 3 days):
<$300K organization annual revenue or DOE/HAIS ID required. Pre-qualify for access code. Send proof of status to prc@hawaiibiz.rr.com Regular Rate: $190

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Written cancellations will be accepted until June 30, 2015, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged.

No refunds will be granted after the deadline.
