Who should use group registration? University departments, agencies or organizations who must pay for a group of employees on the same purchase order, check or account. If you need to pay for more than one group on different purchase orders or accounts, then you must create separate group registrations for each group.

The first person on the list will be charged the total amount of all registration fees for the entire group. This is the person who will get the invoice. If an administrative person (not attending the conference) will be completing the registration form for your group, that person should use the name and contact details of the lead person in the group.
 
Purchase Orders/Checks
After you complete the registration form, print the invoice (see button at top of confirmation page) and attach it to your purchase order. The invoice will include a list of all registrants’ names, an itemized list of fees, and the total amount due. On the purchase order, include the name and contact details of the financial or administrative person who should be contacted regarding payment issues. Credit Cards
In the payment section, include the name and billing contact information for the credit card holder. The credit card holder can be the first person in the group, or it can be someone in your organization who is responsible for paying the bill but is not registering for the conference. Be sure to get authorization before completing the credit card transaction. The confirmation will go to the first person on the group list who registered. If this is not the card holder, be sure to notify either the card holder or the financial officer responsible for the account.
 
Saving your group registration
There is no "save" button on the RegOnline form for group registrations. If you don't have time to enter everyone on your list, you must first go through the payment screen and complete the registration form in order to save all the details of your group. You can come back later to add more people to your list. If you plan to eventually pay the entire bill by credit card, choose check or purchase order first. You can then return to the form later when you are ready to pay by credit card.
