Exhibitor Booths

We request that exhibitors craft their booths to demonstrate a connection to the Conference theme. Booths can display interactive educational activities, provide community engagement opportunities including interactive displays, demonstrate field equipment, or creatively feature their programs and services. Exhibitors can also offer local sustainable crafts or products, green products, field equipment, book titles, and artwork for purchase. To minimize negative environmental impacts, exhibitors are strongly encouraged to develop “paperless” displays and to refrain from handing out printed materials such as brochures and fliers. Display copies are welcome. Electricity may be available for an additional fee ($50). Wi-fi can be purchased directly through the Hawaiʻi Convention Center or you can bring your own hotspot. The in-door exhibit space is carpeted. Hanging items are not permitted on the wall surfaces. Loading in/out is the responsibility of the vendor. Overnight security will be provided. One 8’x10′ exhibition space with one dressed 6′ table and 2 chairs will be provided for all exhibitors.  All booths come with two (2) booth sitter included (access to only the Exhibitor Hall).
