Presenter Registration Policy
All Conference presenters must register prior to July 2nd, 2024 (have a coupon code request pending; please wait to register until you receive email correspondence from HCA. We are processing all requests & will communicate as soon as we are able –please do not send additional requests) to be considered for inclusion in the program book. Presenters scheduled during Public Afternoon still must register.

- All presenters (all invited panelists, speakers, and facilitators for all presentation formats) must be registered for the Conference before July 2nd, 2024 (if you have a coupon code request pending, please hold off on registering until you receive the email correspondence from HCA, we are processing all requests & will communicate as soon as we are able – do not send additional requests) to be included in the program book.
- All presenters must read the above Oral Presentation Instructions/Guidelines to be fully prepared for their presentation at Conference. Further Presentation Recommendations.
- Upload your presentation to the computer located in the front of the room you are scheduled to present in. You must load your presentation to your designated room prior to your scheduled presentation.
- Rooms will be open Tuesday-Thursday in the morning starting at 7am, during the lunch breaks, and breaks between sessions.
- Monday, July 29th, from 11 am – 3 pm there will be a computer set up in the concourse for those who would like to upload presentations early; they will be transfer to the appropriate rooms (please note: the presentation instructs for appropriate naming of files).

- All poster presenters must read the above Poster Presentation Instructions/Guidelines to be fully prepared for their presentation at Conference.
- Prepare and submit (1) a PDF version and (2) a short 2-minute video presentation (.mp4 file) of your poster presentation before Monday July 15th, 2024 COB to this folder.
- Review your poster presentation in the Virtual Poster Gallery on Oxford Abstracts once its been uploaded by Hawaiʻi Conservation Conference staff.
- Be available to answer Q&A’s from conference attendees during the In-person Poster Reception on Wednesday July 31st, 2024 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.
- Post conference please collect your posters August 1st starting at 3 pm, HCA will not save your posters for you.
