The 2023 Hawaiʻi Conservation Conference will take place at the Hawaiʻi Convention Center located at 1801 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815 from June 27th – June 29th, 2023.

Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra which is located across the street from the Hawaii Convention Center and adjacent to the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Rates are $189 for the Kona Tower, and $219 for the Waikiki Tower, single/double occupancy. No additional resort fees. Rates are subject to Hawaiʻi State Taxes of 17.962%. Rates are valid June 26th, 2023 through June 29th, 2023 based on availability. Cut-off date to make reservations is May 26th, 2023. Credit card deposit of one-night will be due at the time of booking a reservation.

  • The credit card that is provided in the booking is to hold the reservation and for incidentals. The selected payment credit card will need to be physically presented at the hotel or a credit card authorization form needs to be completed and submitted no later than 4 days before check-in.
    • Ex: If an employee was using a business credit card to pay for the room, the employee will need to have physical access to that card when they check-in at the hotel. If they will not have physical access to the credit card at the time of check-in, the employee will need to submit a credit card authorization form the week before their reservation.
