Presenter Registration Policy: All Conference presenters must register prior to June 5th, 2023. Presenters scheduled during Public Afternoon must also register. Please see our Registration page for more information about 1 day registration tickets.
Presenter Guidelines for Oral Presentations
Inclusive of Oral, Symposia, Forums, Workshops, and Speed Talk presentations
Oral Presentation Instructions
Upload your presentation to the computer located in the front of the room you are scheduled to present in. You must load your presentation to your designated room prior to your scheduled presentation. The rooms will be open Monday June 26th from 2-4pm and on Tuesday-Thursday in the morning starting at 7am, during the lunch breaks, and breaks between sessions.
Next Steps
- All presenters must be registered for the Conference by June 5th, 2023. This includes all invited panelists, speakers, and facilitators for all presentation formats. Presentations may be removed from the conference schedule if the presenter does not register.
- All presenters must read the above Oral Presentation Guidelines to be fully prepared for their presentation at Conference.

Next Steps
- All poster presenters must be register for the Conference by June 5th, 2023.
- All poster presenters must read the above Poster Presentation Guidelines to be fully prepared for their presentation at Conference.
- Prepare and submit (1) a PDF version and (2) a short 2 minute video presentation (mp4 file) of your poster presentation by Friday June 9th, 2023 COB to capacity@hawaiiconservation.org.
- Review your poster presentation in the Virtual Poster Gallery on Oxford Abstracts once its been uploaded by Hawaiʻi Conservation Conference staff.
- Be available to answer Q&A’s from conference attendees during the In-person Poster Reception on Wednesday June 28th, 2023 from 5:30 – 6:30 PM.
