COVID-19 Policy & Reporting

Conference organizers have received nine self identified reports of positive COVID-19 cases from attendees who tested positive during or after the conference. To protect the individuals’ privacy, we will not be releasing any additional information. Please continue to monitor your own health for symptoms, rest and take care of yourself.

Policy
Please review the state mask requirements https://hawaiicovid19.com/mask-guidance/. Conference organizers strongly recommend attendees wear a properly fitting high quality mask when indoors unless presenting or actively eating and drinking. We have an anonymous reporting form below for anyone who tests positive for to COVID-19. If there is any reports of a positive COVID-19 case from an onsite attendee we will provide updates on our website.
COVID-19 Reporting Form
In order to provide our attendees with important health information, we are providing this form to anonymously report potential COVID-19 infection/exposure.
To protect our communities, please follow all CDC guidelines if you are exposed to COVID-19, experience symptoms, or test positive: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html. If you test positive, please isolate for 5 days and then wear a high-quality mask (e.g. N-95) for at least 5 days after you end isolation. If you experience any cold or flu symptoms (e.g. cough, fever, runny nose), but test negative for COVID-19, please wear a high quality mask at all times.
Please use this form to let us know if you have attended any conference sessions and subsequently test positive for COVID-19. This form is completely anonymous, however, we will ask what days you attended so we can notify other attendees they should test and watch for symptoms.
