Make sure to visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall while you attend the 2020 Hawaiʻi Conservation Conference! Take a look below to see the exhibitors we will have featured. Please take note that some of these exhibitors do have scheduled “Office Hours” where you can talk with them one on one (there’s also a chat feature). Whether its during the lunch breaks, intermission sessions or the end of the day, be sure to stop by the Virtual Exhibit Hall to connect, network and learn about these organizations.

This year we will be hosting a Virtual Exhibit Hall during our 2020 Hawaiʻi Conservation Conference, where exhibitors can connect with more than 1,000 Conference delegates. We recommend that exhibit booths be developed to represent the Conference theme and provide community engagement opportunities including interactive displays, educational activities, and/or local sustainable crafts or products for sale. Virtual Exhibitors, will be able to have an exhibit booth that features, links, documents, files, videos, and photos. Virtual Exhibitors will also be able to schedule “Office Hours” to further engage with Conference attendees. The assets you submit for your exhibit booth will be available as on-demand content for Conference attendees during Conference as well as up to 3 months after Conference is over. Please see below for more information on assets that can submitted for your virtual exhibit booth.

Virtual Exhibit Booth $50
Small Non-Profit Virtual Exhibit Booth** $25

*Please note that all virtual exhibitors must be registered Conference attendees.

**If you are a small non-profit (annual revenue of less than $300,000) you qualify for the small non-profit virtual exhibit booth rate of $25. You must send proof of non-profit status as well as your most recent 990 or 990N to conference@hawaiiconservation.org.

Virtual Exhibit Booth Assets

Assets for your virtual exhibit booth must be emailed to conference@hawaiiconservation.org as soon as possible. Your email can include a link to a folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) with the assets, if that is easier. Please note in order for our software developers to build the virtual booth you will need to send assets in the following specifications. Any delay in sending over assets (not sending them in a timely fashion or sending files in the wrong specifications) will delay the process of your exhibit booth being built out in time for Conference.

  • Exhibitor Name/Organization Name (Text)
  • Booth Title (Text, up to 70 characters)
    • Booth title could your organizationʻs name or it can be a topic your booth is highlighting.
  • Booth Description (Text, up to 400 characters)
  • Booth Size (Title Image in the Exhibit Hall)
    • You can send us a title image (for example a logo) for your exhibit booth in one of the following sizes
      • Regular: PNG or GIF: 284 x 162 px
      • Large: PNG or GIF: 284 x 332 px
      • Jumbo: PNG or GIF: 576 x 332px)
  • Video(s) – Automated, manual, or On-Demand (MP4, Up to 4GB)
  • Ad banner (PNG, JPG, or GIF: 985x80px)
  • Polls (Question, Up to 11 answers, Single or multiple response)
  • Handouts (Up to 100MB, No videos)
  • Offers
    • These Offers function as pop-ups in your exhibit booth. The Offers can automated. You will need to provide Header, Subheader, Tagline, (Old price), New Price, Offer Link, Offer Image (162×240 px) – up to 200 characters.
  • Q&A (Enabled / Disabled)
  • Chat (Enabled / Disabled)
  • Which organization employees should have administrative access to this booth?
    • Individuals who have administrative access to your exhibit booth are called “Presenters.” Please note that “Presenters” must be registered for the Conference. Presenters will have access to your organizationʻs exhibit booth, meaning that they can answers questions that come through on the Q&A feature, engage with folks via the Chat feature, or even hold “Office Hours” where they can give a presentation/have a live chat session with Conference attendees at your booth. Please provide the names and email addresses of all who should have access to your exhibit booth. Please note that “Presenters” will only have access through their specific email address.
  • Virtual Exhibit Booth “Office Hours”
    • Office Hours function as live presentations/chat sessions that you can have with Conference attendees that are visiting your booth. If you would like to schedule “Office Hours” where the Conference Planning Team can drive traffic to the exhibit hall/your exhibit booth, please let us know what days and times (during the days of Conference Sept. 1st – Sept. 3rd) of your Office Hours, that we can help advertise. In addition, there are some breaks in our Conference schedule where we will be encouraging Conference attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall during those scheduled breaks.
